PDHPE sports medicine notes - first in class

These notes cover all aspects of the sports medicine PDHPE syllabus. They assisted me in coming first in my class, duxing the subject.

Some aspects of these notes:

• Information is clearly laid out through colour categorisation, subheadings, tables and acronyms
• They are colourful and extremely visually appealing, with the aim of making studying slightly less boring
• All information is succinctly summarised, making the content quite easy to remember
• Definitions and examples are provided, of which continually resulted in high marks in the subject
