Hi everyone! I’ve created 32 pages of handwritten IB Psychology notes designed as a clear, quick refresher of the Biological, Cognitive, and Sociocultural approaches — perfect for revision before tests, mocks, or finals. I’ve also added Research Methods notes that are especially helpful for Paper 3 (HL).

These focus on understanding, not memorisation, and are written from the perspective of someone who’s actually been through IB Psych.
