I achieved a 95% raw score in Chemistry and ranked first in my cohort for Chemistry - these notes were key to my success in Chemistry, particularly when preparing for the external exam!

The notes were completed in 2020 so they are tailored to the ATAR syllabus. Each topic covered in the notes is structured directly in accordance with each syllabus dot point for Units 3 and 4 (I have included and highlighted the syllabus dot points in my notes). I spent over 50 hours creating these notes so they are very clear and well-structured.

The notes are organised under the following headings and topics: Terminology, Formula, Assumed Knowledge, Chemical Equilibrium, Factors that Affect Equilibrium, Equilibrium constants, Properties of Acids and Bases, pH scale, Bronsted Lowry Model, Dissociation Constant, Acid-Base Indicators, Volumetric Analysis, Redox Reactions, Electrochemical cells, Galvanic Cells, SEP, Electrolytic Cells, Structure of Organic Compounds, Physical Properties, Organic Reactions and Reaction Pathways, Alkanes, Alkenes, Alkynes, Redox Reactions, Haloalkanes, Alcohols, Aldehydes and Ketones, Carboxylic Acid, Esters, Lipids, Amides, Amino Acids and proteins, Amines, Addition Polymers, Condensation Polymers and Natural Polymers.

BONUS: each heading also includes practice questions to test knowledge on a particular topic as well as a few exemplar responses.
